How can I place a custom order?
Review our products and visit the Custom Order tab on the top of the page and fill out the form.
We make it convenient and easy for all customers.
How can I secure my order and date?
To hold your order and date a deposit of 50% of the order price will be needed.
Receipt of payment and order confirmation will be sent via email lallylandcreations@gmail.com or text 813-922-1747
How much notice do I need for my custom order?
A minimum of 2-weeks notice is required per custom order.
How can I cancel my order?
Cancellations will be accepted up to one week in advance from your party date with a 25% security deposit refund.
What is a party bundle?
Party bundle is one of the best selections for any type of party and occasion. This affordable option is great to fill out your dessert table, centerpieces or for party favors. You will receive 3 dozen treats of your choice for $75+tax. This is a total of 36 treats in one order. You may select 3 of the following per order: 12 Rice Krispies, 12 Dipped Pretzels Stick, 12 Jumbo Marshmallows, 12 Chocolate Covered Oreos, 12 Mini Buttercream Filled Croissants. Please be sure to type 1 or 2 preferred drizzle color and your dripped flavor (milk chocolate or white chocolate) in the comment section of your order so we have utilized these preferences for design. Shipping option is available.
Do you deliver or is a shipment option available?
Delivery options can be discussed for orders with large quantities above $250 and up to 40 miles. A delivery fee will be applied to your order, if this is needed. No setup is included.
Shipping option- Shipping will be available for products indicated under their description through Shopify.
I have a large event coming up, how can I taste your products?
Tasting services are available. This service fee is $25. Please fill out the customized form, so we can understand your needs. A meeting will be set to discuss your desserts for your event and 2 small boxes with 6 bite size treats will be provided, so that you can enjoy our creations.
Do you offer dessert for people with dietary restrictions?
We offer some gluten-free treats like, meringue, macarons, GF brownies. Please feel free to fill out the Order Request Form.
Are you able to work with venues?
LallyLand Creations, LLC is an insured and licensed business and therefore can work with any venue that allows outside vendors to serve desserts.
